How to buy Bitcoin?

There are tons of guides out there… even tho we suggest to buy Bitcoin directly in your Proton Wallet (no verification).
No worries using your credit card for this, the wallet has a build in mixer wich means that it generates a new address for each transactions (buy / receive / send).

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Europe: 3-8 days
World: 5-15 days
Since we ship worldwide it can take up to 15 days depending on the destination.
You will receive a tracking number via email with a delay of 2-3 days due to security reasons.


Isn’t it dangerous to order drugs online?

In fact, it is the most secure way for you and also for us.
Potentially everyone could order drugs in your name. The key difference is, not to use any payment method that leads to your name. That’s the reason why we only accept bitcoin as payment and not recommend using a wallet that is connected to your name in any way.


Why I can’t create an account on your shop?

Encryption is good, but erasing is better!
We store your personal information only as long as necessary for your order to arrive. Once we confirm that everything is fine, we delete all traces of your order as well as your personal information related to that order. No worries, you will always be a legend in our minds, even tho there is no digital trace of it. 😉


Why I did not receive any confirmation email?

There are several potential reasons for that. Please do the following:
1. Wait 10 minutes after you completed your order.
2. Check your spam folder.
3. Get in contact with us (from the email you used for your order) and we will send out the information manually.


I did not receive my order, what can I do?

We use the post office for all our shipments for security reasons, the times we mention are valid if all the players in the chain do their jobs correctly, which is not always the case. These parameters result in fluctuating lead times for some of our shipments. Our team validates the order and always posts the package the next day, unless it is a sunday or a bank holiday. We deliver tracking numbers 2 to 3 days after your order for reasons of communication security between our order takers and the shipping department, which are located differently. It sometimes happens that the tracking number we give you is not active and is waiting to be processed, this is in no way because we have not posted your shipment … the latter can sometimes be activated only on arrival. We sometimes suffer theft from postal employees, this is most often the cause of your non-receipt, but do not panic, we always return or refund in these cases no dispute is necessary.
